You can book an appointment through our website or by calling our salon directly. We require a deposit to confirm the booking.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any fee. If you cancel or reschedule later than this, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Can I come in for a consultation before I book a service?

If you are unsatisfied with any service, please return to the salon within three days so we can make necessary corrections.

If you’re more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be charged a late fee or your appointment may be cancelled, at our discretion.

6. Can I book a makeup appointment for after 6 pm?

Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm makeup appointments requested for times after 6 pm.

7. What happens if I booked the wrong service?

If a client books the wrong service, the price will be adjusted to match the service provided.

8. Are your prices negotiable?

No, our prices are fixed and not subject to negotiation. We offer a consultation before any service to ensure understanding and agreement on the cost.

9.What parking options are available at your salon?

For our Ponders End salon, you can find free two-hour parking at the nearby Tesco. There is also free parking after 6 pm at 291 High St, Enfield EN3 4DN. During the day, this location has a pay meter. There are some free street parking spots in the surrounding area and free parking available at all times at 350 High St, Enfield EN3 4DE.

For our Lordship Lane branch, there is free parking on Saturdays and Sundays, even in residential areas, unless there is a football game being played by Tottenham. All other days, you will find pay meter parking spots surrounding the salon.

10. Do I need a patch test for color services or eyebrow tinting?

Yes, we require a patch test and strand test prior to any color service or eyebrow tinting. This is to ensure your safety and satisfaction with the color result.
