1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the Beauty Kulture Salon website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Service Corrections & Refunds Customers unsatisfied with any service are encouraged to return to the salon within three days for necessary corrections. Beyond this three-day window, Beauty Kulture Salon is not responsible for any desired corrections. Refunds will not be given for any service unless strong evidence of dissatisfaction is provided.

3. Cancellation Policy Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to comply may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Booking and Deposit A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Without a deposit, your booking remains unconfirmed and may be cancelled.

5. After-Hours Appointments We are unable to confirm any makeup appointments requested for times after 6 pm.

6. Honesty in Service Booking Clients must provide accurate information when booking their makeup and hair services for special occasions. If a client books the wrong service, the price will be adjusted to correspond with the service provided.

7. Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their appointment may be charged a late fee or have their appointment cancelled.

8. Pricing Prices for our services are fixed and non-negotiable. We always provide a consultation to clients before commencing any service to ensure understanding and agreement on the cost.

9. Content Ownership All content on this website is the property of Beauty Kulture Salon and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
